He is also known as shifu Philipman Chow.
Born around 1936, shifu Chow Chi Fung started training when he was six years old, he was student of shifu Huang Han Xun in the 40’s, a contemporary to shifu Chung Ho Yin.
Shifu Chow Chi Fung teaches quite an impressive number of mantis forms and he has also modified some weapon sets. He lives and teaches in Toronto, Ontario (Canada).
