His name is also romanized as: Ho Nang / Nang Ho.
Born in 1980. He started his studies under shifu Wang Xiao Hua (PRC) in the early 1990s. He currently studies under shifu Brendan Tunks (Bai Ren Da).
Shifu He Neng has travelled to PRC and had the chance to train under his shi gung, shifu Kang Zhi Qiang.
Shifu He Neng was 1998 Tang Lang Quan Champion in Qingdao’s 1998 World Wushu Championship (16-21 age group). In 2000 competition he got men’s group C silver medal competing with Zhai Yao Yi Lu. In 2002 shifu He Neng won gold medal in both the empty hand and weapons category of the Australian Kungfu Championships, in Melbourne.
In 1999 shifu He Neng was Tai Ji Quan instructor for the Australian Defence Force Academy in 1999.
Shifu He Neng is a member of the “Australian Mantis Boxing Society”, and since 2004 he operates a Qi Xing Tang Lang Quan school in Melbourne, Australia.
